Can I print straight from my phone?
Yes. Tap “Choose photos”, select the photos on your phone and pick a size. No app or account needed.
Which files can I use?
JPEG, PNG and HEIC. The camera original works best – screenshots and photos sent via WhatsApp may print blurry. If a photo is too small for the size you choose, we'll let you know.
What if my photo's shape doesn't match the paper?
A regular print fills the whole paper, so a little may be trimmed from the edges. You see the crop before ordering and can move the photo in the frame. To keep more of the photo, pick a size with a closer shape.
How fast will my prints arrive?
Prints usually arrive at parcel lockers anywhere in Estonia in 2–3 working days. In Pärnu you can also collect them from our studio.
How can I pay?
By bank link, card, Apple Pay or Google Pay.
Do I need an account?
No – you can order without one. Continue with Google to get 10% off your first order.
Can I return my order?
Prints are made from your own photos, so the 14-day right of withdrawal doesn't apply. If a print is faulty through our fault or damaged in transit, we make a new one.
What happens to my photos?
Only you and our photo lab can see your photos. We delete them as soon as your order is on its way or collected. Photos you don't order are deleted after about 3 days.
